Impact-Resistant Bead Lock, Specifically GRAVEL — Vittoria Air-Liner Gravel
The Vittoria Air-Liner Gravel Tubeless Tire Insert takes the performance of tubeless-ready gravel tires beyond the limits.
Given the success and positive results achieved by the Air-Liner mountain bike version, Vittoria decided to push the product beyond the MTB spectrum and develop an innovative insert that could support tubeless-ready tires for gravel applications.
Air-Liner GRAVEL is a re-usable tire insert and very easy to use on your gravel bike. Vittoria's optimized compatibility allows for tubeless-ready tires only and the installation is as easy as mounting an inner tube on your tire. The re-usable insert utilizes 3-way valves and 5-way valves are included to provide you with ultimate airflow. The insert can be used with sealant — preferably without ammonia.
This gravel-specific tubeless tire insert is compatible with wheels of any diameter up to 29" (700c), and up to 25mm internal rim width. For ensuring the best fitment with any wheel, the insert has been designed to be cut according to the desired wheel diameter. Air-Liner GRAVEL is available in one size only.
Air-Liner Gravel Features:
Bead-lock to your tire absorbs impacts, reduces tire burping, and impressive prevention against pinch-flats.
Replaced air volume in the tire allows for lower tire pressure, a more controlled deformation, and better tire grip.
Handlebar vibration is significantly reduced, compared to standard tubeless-ready set-up.
Better cornering, climbing, and braking performance.
Lateral stability is increased without compromising grip and adherence.
Extremely durable polymeric material lasts up to 2000 hours of use in normal conditions.
Note: Air-Liner Gravel's are sold individually, for a complete wheelset please purchase two.

Unable to get them set up before they tore, destroying the inserts rendering them useless
Unfortunately, I can't review them in real world use as they were an absolute bear to get set up, and ultimately disabled my ability to get the tire seated, then the liner tore. This product seems great in theory, but damn was it impossible to get these to fit. I followed the included instructions to the T. I'm running DT Swiss 1501 XC wheels and specialized pathfinder pro 42mm tubeless tires. I'm sure there is someone out there capable of getting these things to work, and seat the tires properly without these things tearing, but I'm not that person unfortunately. I'd originally ordered these in April to try and get them on before SBT GRVL this summer (august) but they kept getting back ordered, and finally showed up in October. The injury to insult for me is that they are now unusable, even if I could get the tires on due to them tearing. Surely there is a better way than a zip tie through light foam to get these things fixed into the wheel, but alas, that is how they're sent. Very unhappy with the purchase, and would not suggest to any of my buddies. YMMV
