These tires are also very durable and provide a good deal of flat protection so you won't be stuck in the snow and cold changing a flat.
***In order to ensure that spikes are permanently fixed, tires should be run in for about 25 miles (40km) on asphalt, while avoiding any fast acceleration or heavy braking.

Road it on the lake, no problems. Stuck to the icy road to the lake like glue.
Used it to ride down to and onto the lake nearby. Had no problem riding across the icy lake, as well as the icy dirt road to the lake.
