Explosion-Proof Elasticity Meets 30% Weight Savings & Lower Rolling Resistance
FOSS TPE Polymer Presta Valve inner tubes are made of a high-polymerized rubber mixture, but without being vulcanized. If punctured, the tube material forms an air-tight seal around the thorn, nail or puncture-intent sliver of glass, mitigating the speed of the leaking air, so that you hardly notice any air loss.
This increases the durability of the tire in case of a defect as no explosive air loss occurs. Thus the tube is considerably more puncture resistant than a normal butyl tube. Due to the low density, the FOSS tube is 30% lighter at the same size compared to a conventional tube. The tubes are also completely recyclable.
When running FOSS TPE Polymer tubes, be sure to pick up a FOSS Patch Kit which contains six FOSS patches specifically designed to work with FOSS' TPE Polymer tubes.
Features:
Explosion-proof polymerized material forms an airtight seal around punctures
High elasticity reduces rolling resistance
30% lighter than traditional tubes
Completely recyclable, environmentally friendly material
More puncture-resistant than traditional butyl tubes
Smooth 40mm Presta valves
Removable valve cores
Sizing: 700x23-25, 700x28-38, 29x1.95-2.5, 650bx48-63mm
Weights: 700x23-25 - 94g, 700x28-38 - 115g, 29x1.95-2.5 - 180g, 650bx48-63mm - 166g
*Note: Foss TPE tubes require specific installation. When mounted, the tube junction seams must be in front or forward of the valve position, in the direction of cycling travel. Be careful not to bunch, twist, or stretch the tube as this may cause deformation and jamming of the tube inside the tire.
Once tube and tire are mounted onto the rim, press the valve in to insure the tube is seated against rim tape, then pull it out to its full length. Inflate to 0.5 psi and massage the tire around the full circumference to ensure tube is fully expanded and seated flush against the rim and tire. For more detailed instruction, see the link above.

I found them to have very good cushioning, holds air a long time.
Used in Cannondale Topstone for touring. Good ride feel very comfortable with them and their resistance to puncture.
