Reviews
Rolls faster on pavement than many competitors including the Pathfinder Pro's which these tires replaced.
Very grippy on dirt / gravel. Mounted very easily & seated with a floor pump.
Made in Germany quality is quite apparent.
Great tires on dirt. They are and feel pretty slow on pavement, so if your daily routes include a good chink of pavement to get to the dirt roads, expect the bike to roll slow. The knobs are quite high, all around the tire. the sideknobs are quite tall and rarely used on gravel, and add a bit of width to the tyre making it hard to fit on some not too recent bikes. Widths and weight true to size/description.
Just ran this at UCI Millau Gravel Race. Great traction/hook-up off-road and fast rolling on pavement. Ran it at 26 Front and 28 Rear. Great compliance and comfort on the rocky bits (still got shaken up!!). Floated through the sandy bits. Might be my new go-to training and race tire.
