Love these tires - gumwall looks cool

I run these on Easton EA 70 650b rims (new), these are my second set of these tires. I ride gravel, single track and tarmac on them. The handle well, have enough grip on single track, but not too much to really slow me down on tarmac. They look good (to me) with the gumwall side, my original tires (on my old wheels) have over 1000 miles on them and plenty of tread left.

On gravel, they are stable and tough. On the road, they roll very nice, loud, but no more than I would expect.

These are my current "go to" gravel tires as they are excellent "all around", if I was doing just single track, I'd like something grippier.

I recommend these.

Gravel trail traction

I upgraded to this tire from the all road tire that came with my canyon grail AL. At 42mm, this is the widest that my bike will accept. The resolute gave me the traction and control to tackle rocky single track and light sandy sections with ease. The tire has a sticky grip that will hold your line off road and yet rolls well for taking the pavement road home.

Do not buy this product if you intend ride on any surface outside (maybe ok for Zwift)

The WTB resolute has got to be the most poorly built tire I have ever owned. since they came stock on my bike I bought a few new tires because I put in a lot of miles and I hate not having a replacement when i need it. unfortunately I have been unable to complete a serious ride without flatting out. it has happened on rail trails and on serious gravel roads. Even if you manage to keep it patched, it will only take you about a 1000 miles before you have to replace it from treadwear. Dont be fooled but the aggressive tread design, these tires are for indoor use only.

great traction, so long as they don' flat out.

I run these WTB Resolute's tubeless and have about a thousand miles on them mounted on my Cannondale Slate. These tires weep like a baby. So far they have not flatted out but as suggested by reviews and tests from worthy review sites, these tires are less puncture resistant than my previous favorites, the Schwalbe G1, which are also prone to weeping and are easy to pinch flat if you ride aggressively on rugged surfaces. since the WTBs are are wider/fatter tire (42c vs 40) I expect the catastrophic flats will be avoided. and lets face it, as long as it gets me where I am going, why do I care if my tires cry :)

Love these tires - gumwall looks cool and awesome multi-surface handling

Run these tubeless (only way to go) on Easton EA70 650b wheelset. These tires are great for multi-surfaces with my gravel bike, road, gravel, single track (as long as not extremely muddy). They roll well, clear well and provide excellent traction. Being tubeless I get a comfortable ride, I'm about 80kg and run the front at 38psi and the rear at 42psi - nice cushy ride.

Highly recommend these tires, not only do they handle well, I love the gumwall look!

Great as a set for all-round riding with a lot of single track, or pair with a Sendero up front to get really rowdy.

Cant say enough great things about the Resolute...great traction (braking and cornering), surprisingly fast-rolling, and they wear well to boot.

Pair with a Sendero 47 up front and singletrack domination is yours.

Nice tire-

I ride 650b/42. Have not ridden lots of tires. I feel more secure riding with knobs on gravel as opposed to slicks. The Resolute feels secure on gravel and fast on pavement. My gravel wheels have an inner width of 30mm. This is wider than current recommendations. The Resolutes spread out to a width of 46mm front/48mm rear at 30/31 psi. Have not have any issues.

Good all around tire

I have ridden these tires on multiple types of surfaces ranging from chunky gravel, to single track to road and they perform well in pretty much all conditions. This has become my go-to tire for the gravel bike

Did exactly what I wanted them to do.

I asked the staff at Bike Tires Direct about a narrow 27.5 tire that would be great for Short Track racing. My Maxxis Minion are great, but heavy and slow for the quick pace of short track. These WTB Resolute tires are lighter, MUCH quicker to accelerate and surprisingly nimble with decent traction on the loose dirt. Very happy with the staff recommendation and the preformance of the tire.

Pretty good all round tread

I like these tires but they are a bit slow great on hard pack and normal roads, I bought these however for winter(snow and ice) and muddy conditions(spring) for both of which these tires work great. I think for summer I will get something like the x'plor mso which will, I assume, roll better on hard pack. The Resolutes however will be my goto winter tire and for muddy, wet conditions. I am very happy with them. Oh and setting them up tubeless was a breeze....

Just works

I used several of theses WTB resolute tires in both 650B and 700c sizes. They work great. Easy to install either tubeless or with tubes. They roll pretty well on pavement and grip good in the dirt. You won't be disappointed
