Silca Ultimate Chain Stripper + Wax Prep is a highly concentrated, biodegradable degreaser combined with a wax adhesion promoter (primer), allowing for fast, single-step preparation of factory chains for waxing while also improving wax adhesion and increasing longevity.
This chain stripper reduces the time and number of chemicals required to properly prep a factory-greased chain to less than 10 minutes and can even be used on-bicycle to prepare chains for drip wax application.

Worked perfectly and as advertised. I highly recommend watching Silcas videos online as there are specific procedures. I was able to use both with the chain off and on the bike. Great value as you will get a ton of uses and the product itself is safe to use
This is a huge improvement over my previous 3+ step routine. Used this on what I thought was a pretty clean chain and was blown away by how much grease and residue it pulled out. I would recommend checking out Silca's videos about how to best use this.
