The Shimano Women's SH-IC500 Shoe is what you need when you take your indoor cycling seriously.

Shimano takes into consideration the lack of wind to help ventilate your foot when outside and has made the SH-IC500 Shoe more breathable than a standard cycling shoe. The Boa® Fit System allows you to adjust the shoe's closure for a glove-like fit. Say goodbye to uneven pressure points atop the foot because the Shimano's Upper Techology comfortably surrounds the whole foot with one seamless piece of leather.

To optimize pedaling efficiency and allow you get the most out of your workout without increased tension on the plantar, calf or hamstring muscles, the SH-IC500 incorporates Shimano Dynalast technology. The natural, comfortable fit of the shoe will set you on your way to a better performance indoors.
