Worth the investment
The Pearl Izumi Men's P.R.O. Air Bib short has the lightweight feel and the compression I expected of bib in this price range. I consider it a perfect bib for longer rides 2-4 hours on warmer days. Worth the price.

these run small
I am a fan of pearl izumi wear and have been a medium in the shorts/bibs wear for decades but these bibs in a medium raised my voice by an octave or two (too small). Fortunately Biketiresdirect.com made an exchange no problem. the large are a little too large to be ideal but they are good. I am not sure if i can tell the difference between the Pro Air and the regular bibs in terms of temperature-related comfort.

Fits big, rides well
I bought the 2XL and it was too big. 5'10" 177lbs Athletic. XL was perfect and it is a comfortable ride experience from the first ride.

This is the first bib shorts.
I like the fit and will probably continue to buy more bib shorts in the future.
