With its widened 23mm UD carbon rim, the Mavic Cosmic SL 45 is the most versatile of their carbon wheels, with improved comfort and performance.

The 21mm internal rim width is optimized for 28mm tires to deliver a smooth, efficient ride on a variety of road surfaces. And new refined spokes help make this rim 80g lighter than its predecessor. Mavic's new Infinity hub platform adds stiffness, so the wheels feel quick and responsive out of every corner.

Mavic's Road Tubeless system lets you run lower tire pressure for improved rolling efficiency, a smoother ride quality, and a reduced risk of flats. The new rim bed shape makes it easier than ever to mount and remove tires. If your typical rides include tough climbs, technical cornering and descents, the Cosmic SL 45 Disc is a fast, easy way to supercharge your road bike.

These wheels are designed, engineered and patented by Mavic in Annecy, France, and are 100% handmade in their European carbon factory.
