Plus, this lightweight build is the perfect answer to those Fall or Spring days that you thought were too wet to ride in. Developed for autumn/spring, mild winters, and wet weather, the CX146 is just the shoe for those days when your race shoes are too cold and winter boots are too warm. Clarino microfiber offers great durability and the suppleness found in leather at a significant weight reduction for performance without the heft. Designed for fat bike, commuting, cyclocross, you name it, the CX146 is up for it.

The Supergrip Enduro Outsole keeps you upright with the confidence to take on any trail. Featuring Lake's Legendary Fiberglass-injected Nylon sole, this shoe has also been fitted with the most technically advanced rubber soles offered on the market today. The Supergrip rubber sole includes Ice Lock anti-slip tread inserts, which are vertically injected micro-glass fibers that grip virtually all surfaces. This gives you a wet-weather shoe that is sure-footed and stable in any condition. The upper showcases a softshell fabric combined with a water-resistant microfiber and membrane for weatherproof durability that is cool and comfortable to wear. Thinsulate 200g insulation provides the perfect amount of warmth, making this a cycling shoe that is great in various conditions.

The Lake CX146-X Wide Road Shoe has an impressive mid-power M4 cartridge Tounge-mounted BOA® dial. This closure excels in ice, dirt, and other challenging environments with an easy-to-adjust design that can be used with gloves on. This mid-capacity dial combines durability and closure strength to withstand force and impact without sacrificing fit. When added to the Clock-Fit release, this shoe makes for an easier entry and exit that doesn't cut into your ride time.
