The Perfetto RoS is the one jacket that does everything well. It excels in many conditions
thanks to its full wind protection, great fit through stretchy fabrics, and best-in-class breathability.
Winter 2019 represents the biggest performance upgrade in the four generations of this jacket.
RoS in the name signifies Rain or Shine. The emphasis should be on dry-weather comfort, which
is where this jacket really excels, but then you get near waterproof protection if you do get caught
in the rain. We worked with Gore to develop two new Castelli exclusive GORE-TEX INFINIUM™
fabrics. It has a light fleece-lined waterproof version on the forward-facing surfaces and a
lighter, stretchier fabric on the back that maintains the breathability of the previous fabric while
improving water repellency at the same time.
The Perfetto RoS is that ideal weight: no built-in insulation so you can layer over a light base
layer for moderate conditions. Or you can add a thermal jersey underneath and take it to very
cold conditions. You decide.
Features:
- Castelli exclusive GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ 205 Warm
brushed waterproof fabric on front-facing surfaces
- GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ 203 Stretch on rear-facing surfaces
for extra stretch and breathability
- Taped shoulder seams for extra rain protection
- YKK® Vislon® zipper for easy sliding, covered for extra wind
and rain protection
- Zippered ventilation opening on side of chest
- 2 rear pockets with pump sleeve are easily accessed
with gloved hands
- Gabba-style dropped tail with large black reflective pane

Cut small
I am a very petite female and usually wear a small . I ordered a small and am exchanging it for a medium as it was cut very small and I would not have been able to wear a base layer under it. I am a very serious cyclist and often purchase Italian products. European sizes tend to run smaller.
It could be that this particular item is just cut very small . Otherwise It is well constructed and I think it will be great.
I think this product value is worth the price.

Lives Up to Its Name
I have the previous generation of Perfecto jerseys, and have added the newer updated version over the past two winters. I love both of them. I have found that the newer versions are a little more airtight. These jerseys block the wind really well. I stay warm, and just as importantly, I stay dry. I have yet to ride through rain wearing a Perfecto, but it does well in managing the sweat I create during the two hour rides I usually do. Even if the temperatures rise ten or more degrees from the beginning to the end of 35 miles, I can adjust the vent zippers, and also unzip a little more on the main to adjust for the warmth and stay comfortable. I have worn the Perfecto jersey in temperature from the high 40s to the lower 70s. I have never arrived home complaining about comfort. It lives up to its name!

Good fit except arms
Have not worn on the bike yet. When I tried it on was actually a good fit except the arms are a little tight at the elbows. I purchased a large and it is just big enough. I am 5'9" 138lb so not your petite cyclist which this brand is designed for.
