The Blackburn Outpost Handlebar Roll holds a stuff sack full of clothes, a sleeping bag, or a tent, making it perfect for overnight adventures. The roll itself is robust with its 70D nylon construction, and it's easily detachable using the included quick-release mount that fits most handlebars from 25.4 mm - 31.8 mm. Tie-down loops make it possible to lash additional gear to the roll, and compression straps help cinch everything down while also doubling as shoulder straps off the bike. The roll works with the included 10 liter dry sack, but it works just as well with a variety of other standard size dry bags.
Claimed load capacity is 8 lbs and weight is 604 g. Blackburn does not recommend this product for use with carbon handlebars.

Harness slips on bumps
I love the bag when I am not riding my bike. Holds a tent, poles and clothes. Plenty of room! I did two very short test rides (on pavement) going over manhole covers etc and the harness slips forward. I took it completely off and reattached it to my bike with the same issue. Next year I plan to Ride the Divide and I don't want to worry about this everyday. The bag got good reviews on youtube so I bought it, but other reviews talked about the harness slipping and mine did. The bag seems well made. So I am sad because I really like it.
