Leave The Pack Behind
The A. Dugast Pipisquallo Tubular Cyclocross Tire is a tire for fast tracks where the terrain is dry and the speed is high.
A diamond tread design with Rhino-style side knobs offer grip on lightly wet or loose surfaces just in case. But otherwise this low-profile tire is ready to leave your competition in the dust. File treads are also going to be your go-to if sand or ice are part of your expected parcours.
This tire is available with two casings to suit your needs. A 100% cotton casing with 536 TPI offers increased puncture resistance, more elasticity, lower rolling resistance and better handling in corners. Flying Doctor casing is made of 87.5% cotton and 12.5% kevlar with 402 TPI. It's lighter than regular cotton casing with more resistant sidewalls against sharp edges. This casing remains steady in the most extreme corners even at low pressures.
A Neoprene Coating made from a 0.1 mm-thick layer of silicon applied with a brush to the tire casing fills the empty spaces in the yarn. This coating prevents water and debris from penetrating the casing and extends their lifetime.
11Storm Rubber
This tire is available with a new, softer rubber mix called "11Storm." This rubber has a lower rolling resistance, more grip and increased comfort. A. Dugast put over 2 years of testing into this compound and now it can be yours.
