Artisan Craftsmanship Meets Contemporary Tire Tech
Designed for high standards of performance during racing and training, the Veloflex Corsa EVO 700c Road Tire is a clincher tire that meets the needs of both serious and amateur cyclists who want to achieve the greatest results.
This clincher tire is handmade in Italy with a very soft 320 TPI (Threads Per Inch) Corespun casing; its innovative compound provides exceptional grip and very low rolling resistance.
A new, extremely tenacious RKB (Resilient Kinetic Belt) breaker improves puncture protection and offers extraordinary road holding.
How does Veloflex's flagship road tire handle when conditions turn and debris is scattered across the lane? To answer that question, we asked a local Portland racer to put a pair through the proverbial paces. Click through to the BTD tire blog to learn more about how this clincher mounts, rolls, climbs, corners, and more!

Handmade Italian quality at an affordable price.
I am surprised that there are not more bicyclists riding on Veloflex clinchers, since they are the best in the market: super grippy, lightweight, good puncture resistance, never had a sidewall failure (unlike Contis), and - best of all - they are so easy to put on and take off the rim that I never need tire irons for a roadside repair.

One of the best riding clinchers out there
I've been use Corsas for years. The have a better ride than any other clincher I've used, especially with a latex tube. They are grippy and do well quickly. Puncture protection is acceptable when new but be careful as they get thinner. To me - it's a worthy trade off for the ride quality.

Should be more expensive
One of the most supple and sticky tires I've ridden. Feels like a tubular. When compared to other tubeless racing clinchers of the same quality, these win hands down and are $20-30 less per tire. Due to the thin casing they wear a little faster and do have some seepage of sealant but nothing serious. No flats after nearly 1000 miles of riding. Handmade quality at a good price- can't be beat.
