The Red 22 Mechanical DoubleTap Shift Lever Set includes Left and Right levers along with low friction derailleur cables and housing. They're compatible with SRAM Red 22 and Force 22 drivetrain components. The claimed weight for the levers is 280 grams.

Ultimate in mechanical shifting
Super light weight, double tap shifting, better braking, and the best ergonomics i have found. Right now i have around 10k miles on my Red 22 and they have been flawless, the feelings are just exceptional. The double tap shifting is the closest you can get to electronic shifting in a mechanical platform. They have also stood up well to regular wear and tear, including crashes, they still look very good. Unlike my old 10s rival shifters which started to have issues around 10k miles these are still going strong.
The only detractor is that Sram Force 22 will shift the same, there is no difference. I own both and could not tell a difference honestly. If you are a very serious roadie then the weight can matter, but that is truly for the .01%. Honestly if you are trying to get a budget build and maximize performance i would go with a Sram force Group with a Red crank and Red RD.
