The Sidi Zero Gore Winter Road Shoe is designed for lightweight, reliable protection from the winter elements with this ankle-height road bike shoe. Featuring a lightweight Microfibra Microtech upper, the Zero Gore shoe emphasizes elemental resistance, stability, and comfort without sacrificing on weight or performance. Doubling down on this, Sidi utilizes Gore's iconic Gore-Tex membrane to keep water out, yet allow steamy water vapor to escape easily.

This fully replaceable cable-dial system allows for a non-binding, on-the-fly adjustments for getting a glove-like fit. Down below, their new Millenium 5 carbon-reinforced nylon sole increases stiffness and durability, while simultaneously ensuring optimum performance over prolonged use and a variety of temperatures. This sole offers the optimal amount of stiffness for a stable pedaling experience, and features replaceable toe inserts and compatibility with spikes.

The Sidi Zero Gore Winter Road Shoe is compatible with 3-bolt Road-style cleats and pedals. Not available in half sizes.

Serves it purpose under correct conditions

Works well for my winter temps in NC. Would not recommend for sub 30 degree rides without thick winter socks. Price is reasonable since it is Sidi. Only issue is ankle height a bit loose and would suggest thick socks to avoid too much movement in ankle area.

Fantastic Winter Shoe!

Replaced and OLD pair of Northwave Fahrenheit shoes with the Sidi's. What an upgrade! They are easier to get on and off, stiffer and just as warm. A little pricey, but they are Sidi's...you get what you pay for.

I've been riding road bikes for 18 years and this is one the best purchases I've made.

I've never had riding boots before, probably because I live in Alabama. I decided to buy a pair and I've really enjoyed them this year. I ride them in sub 50 degree temps. Lightweight and comfortable, warm not hot, great shoe - rain or shine!

Better than an over boot but still not dry

Used for the first rain ride in of the season in the Pacific Northwest, and a downpour at that. The footbed of the boots was pretty wet at the end of the ride, not sloshing but still wet. The cuffs on the boots do not provide a tight seal against all water leaking down. I expect to have to dry them out after a wet ride but still better and easier than an overboot. Now, what really kept my feet dry was the showers pass water proof socks I wore with this. If nothing else, get a pair of those if you ride in the rain.

Warm, but not the most comfortable

Shoes are warm, which is a good thing. They are winter shoes. I have been out in 25degree temps with normal socks. I typically have issues with the cold so these get 5 starts for that. I found the high top to rub against my ankle the wrong way and I am still breaking them in. This is my issue. Shape of my foot ankle whatever. I do no think this is a flaw in the shoe design.

Good Winter commuter shoe

Have been commuting and doing longer winter rides with hour commute in low 20 degrees and toes did well. Longer or colder rides will need added covers. Fit is excellent.

Solid sole and cleat fit. Closure works well if you have nimble fingers and gloves off.

Great cold weather shoes

Ive used these on a dozen cold rides so far, including a three hour ride in the low 40s (38 to 45 (degrees F). Theyve performed well, keeping my feet off my mind. Cold feet are always going to be an issue in the winter months, but this option has been a big improvement over booties! I got caught out in the rain on one occasion and my feet remained dry and reasonably comfortable. The Wind Stopper is very effective! I no longer fear the freeze.

They fit somewhat loose, allowing for thick socks. Not an issue for me. I wear 45.5 Sidi road shoes size 46 has worked out well in these winter shoes.
