Description

Shimano's XT M8000 Front Disc Brake gets a revised master cylinder and textured brake lever, much like its high-end XTR sibling. The trail-tuned Servo Wave mechanism provides excellent pad clearance for muddy and wet conditions while optimizing stopping power, and a more compact bar clamp and I-Spec II mounting capabilities makes for a low-profile setup, which is furthered by the slimmed-down master cylinder. A textured alloy lever pushes down on dual ceramic-pistons down at the caliper for the reliable, fade-resistant performance that XT brakes are known for.
