The new Shimano Ultegra PD-R8200 road pedals bring Shimano's next-generation SPD-SLR platform to dedicated racers and performance-focused riders. Inspired by the flagship DURA-ACE system, these pedals feature a low stack height, improved stability, and easier engagement, delivering efficient power transfer and race-ready performance.

Borrowing directly from the flagship Dura-Ace pedal development, the new Ultegra PD-R8200 features Shimano's new low-stack SPD-SLR interface. The closer connection between rider and pedal improves efficiency, increases stability, and delivers a more connected feel.

The SPD-SLR system improves nearly every interaction between rider and bike. Easier engagement, better walkability, improved on-bike stability, and integrated shoe compatibility combine to create a pedal system that feels faster, smoother, and more natural from the first ride.
