SHIMANO's SM-RTAD05 disc brake rotor adaptor is used for installing a 6-bolt disc brake rotor to CENTER LOCK hub. The adapter features a reliable anti-loosen plate for secure braking in all riding conditions.

Reviews
There's not much to say other than they do what they are supposed to do. Why would you want them? They expand your choice of disc rotors if you have center lock hubs, you're not constrained to only using center lock rotors and can use 6-bolt rotors instead.
