Description
Gravel-tuned Rear Derailleur.
The Shimano GRX RD-RX810 11-Speed Rear Derailleur brings mountain bike technology to the road with a clutch equipped rear derailleur for smooth shifting on rough roads. Due to the integrated Shadow RD Technology with its race-proven, low profile design, the derailleur is more compact and fits closer to the frame, ensuring less damage in a crash. The adjustable chain stabilizer prevents chain slapping and drops, with the gravel-tuned clutch tension providing silent and uninterrupted rear shifting on rough terrain.

Reviews
My gravel bike came stock with a Shimano 105 rear mech, which shifted flawlessly. I was getting a lot of chain slap on bumpy gravel roads and descents. This took care of 95% of it. I will occasional see chain lube marks from the chain on the chain stay but that is only after hitting significant hard bumps.
This shifter is noticeably quieter! It also tucks under the accelerated cassette to move it out of danger. Haven't used the clutch yet since we are mostly on limestone trails but it's there if I need it!
