The Shimano Dura-Ace R9370-C50 is an all-round racing wheelset refined for lightweight performance, stiffness, and aerodynamics at race speeds. From the earliest design stages, testing by world-class riders informed development to pursue the optimal balance of low weight, rigidity, and aero efficiency.

In addition to carbon spokes, a thoroughly revised rim layup and hub architecture deliver significant weight savings, achieving 1,302 g per pair (159 g lighter than the previous WH-R9270-C50 model) for sharper response on climbs and during acceleration. This design maintains dependable rigidity at pro-level speeds, providing stable behavior in sprints and high-speed cornering.

The new rim profile delivers high aerodynamic efficiency, helping sustain speed across a broad range of conditions.

Developed in partnership with WorldTour Teams and professional triathletes, Shimano's new Dura-Ace wheels have become faster than ever by balancing stiffness, low weight, and aerodynamics.

Each wheel applies their system engineering and Science of Speed philosophy to provide significant improvements in design, construction, and ride feel. High-quality carbon spokes increase lateral stiffness for a noticeably more responsive ride, while a revised cup-and-cone design provides even smoother rotation. They're noticeably lighter, delivering snappier acceleration that pays off for both climbers and pure sprinters.
