The Schwalbe Rocket Ron ADDIX tire combines speed and corner control at the highest possible level. This excellent all-rounder is ready for racetracks, yet performs just as well off the course as it does on. Ultra lightweight, the Rocket Ron is also highly durable with its SnakeSkin technology in the sidewalls, preventing the untimely puncture, tear, or other flat-causing results of wear and tear. Featuring Schwalbe's ADDIX rubber compound, the Rocket Ron rolls fast with lowered rolling resistance that doesn't compromise on comfort or versatility. Two different compounds are used, depending on the version selected. With the Speed (2.1 and 2.25") version, an ultra-lightweight 127-EPI-Evo-carcass and fast-rolling efficient rubber. The Speedgrip compound rolls efficiently, yet lacks the added durability. The open tread pattern features low-lying knobs that shed mud efficiently and roll fast, yet the larger shoulder knobs dig in during cornering.
The Schwalbe Rocket Ron ADDIX MTB tire is available in two widths, each with their own ADDIX compound: 2.1" (Speed) and 2.25" (Speedgrip and Speed). Also available for 27.5" Plus wheels, and standard 27" applications.
