Switch Rack Mounting for UDH Bikes
The Restrap Switch Rack Axle UDH Hanger is designed for use with the Restrap Switch Rack and Restrap Switch Axle. Required for compatibility with bikes with a Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH).
Fitting:
- Remove your current axle and rear wheel.
- Unbolt your rear derailleur.
- Remove your manufacturer's UDH using an 8mm hex key. Note: this bolt is reverse threaded.
- Replace with the Restrap UDH, using the supplied adaptor if you do not have a 12mm hex key.
- Refit your rear derailleur.
- Replace wheel.
- Fit Switch Axle.
