A Modern Cockpit For Modern Times
Wide gravel bars — fashionable? You bet. Functionable? Absolutely. As gravel technology continues to trickle down from the MTB realm, it is hard not to notice the benefits of wider wingspans and shallow drops over rowdy terrain.
PNW Component's COAST bars deliver an ultra-stable ride over rough terrain with unparalleled control and comfort at speed. The secondary advantages will be increased reach and leverage out of the saddle with expanded bar and cockpit real estate for bikepacking bags and accessories.
A wider bar with shallow drop adds comfort in your neck and wrists while making your bike more stable. This makes moving from the hoods to the drops and vice-versa a much more fluid motion.

Reviews
I replaced the OEM 50cm Salsa Cowchipper handlebar on my Fargo with the PNW Coast bar.
The Cowchipper's 24 degree flare was uncomfortable for me and caused wrist pain after a long ride.
The PNW Coast bar is 52cm wide and has a 20 degree flare which gives me a more natural and comfortable hand position.
If the PNW Coast bar was carbon it would be perfect.
