Maurten Gel Mix 480 is a carbohydrate fuel for endurance sport based on Hydrogel Technology. It contains 120 grams of carbohydrates when combined with 200 ml of water. A different hydrogel fueling format with a texture thicker than Drink Mix and looser than the Gel — Gel Mix 480 can be adjusted to personal taste by combining with Additions.

Gel Mix 480 is pH-sensitive. It behaves like Drink Mix, becoming a true gel in the acidity of the stomach. This change encapsulates the carbohydrates, carrying them through the stomach to be absorbed, making fueling for sports easier.

Designed for fueling with Gel Mix Flask 350 ml to carry in a running vest, waist belt, or back pocket — equipped with a SpeedFill™ cap for fast refills and a bite valve to consume easily.

Features:

• Take It Personally: Gel Mix 480 contains no added flavor, preservatives, or color. For texture variation and to overcome flavor fatigue, it can be combined with Maurten Additions — Cola, Menthol, Orange, or Apple. Designed to be mixed and consumed with Gel Mix Flask 350ml, it can be stored in a fridge for up to 72 hours.
• Hydrogel for Miles and Days: Over longer duration and distance, the more your body depends on the fuel you consume. Gel Mix 480 is for the efforts that demand more — the weeks that demand consistency. 120 grams of carbohydrates per sachet gives athletes greater fueling support, flexibility, and control.
