Forget stuffing newspaper down your front, this'll keep the wind off with windproof panels on the front, shoulders, and sides, so you're protected. The mesh back dumps heat where the wind resistance is least necessary. It's also made for bikes so it sits right when you're riding, not just standing around. It's perfect for those in-between days.
