Outer cartridge bearing with inner needle bearing for smoother pedaling and better load bearing. Includes premium brass race cleats and shims for shoe tread interference. Color: Silver/Gold. 200lb (90kg) recommended rider weight limit. 5 year warranty. 178 grams/pair.
