Choosing the Right Size

Carbs Fuel Bicarb is available in three serving sizes.

• 15g: New to bicarb supplementation and/or athletes 50kg-70kg in body weight
• 20g: Intermediate bicarb users and/or athletes 60kg - 90kg
• 25g: Advanced bicarb users and/or athletes 70kg - 110kg

The recommended loading protocol is 0.2 to 0.4 grams of bicarb per kilogram of body weight (g/kg).

Consider starting with 0.2 g/kg and gradually building up towards 0.4 g/kg for better results. Refer to the table below to find the right amount of bicarb for you.
