Description
Campagnolo's newest Record chain is specifically designed for their 11-speed systems, delivering excellent durability and quiet operation at a minimal weight.
A slight re-shaping for the Ultra-Shift links allows this chain to run quieter than the original 11-speed model, and special steel links prolong both chain and component life. Ultra Link high strength link construction ensures excellent strength, while the super thin 5.5mm width and hollow pin construction eliminate excess weight. Campy has also added an Ni-PTFE anti-friction treatment further increases shifting performance.
For use with Campagnolo 11-speed drivetrains only. 5.5mm width. 114 Links. 242 grams (2.12g/link).
Note: Proper installation and removal of this chain requires an 11-speed chain tool.

Reviews
Campagnolo parts are expensive but they last. I rode from LA to Boston and was one of two riders riding Campy when the other 13 riders had another brand. I was also one of only the same two riders who did not have to replace the chain while on tour. I clean the chain and the cassette on a regular basis and after almost 5,000 miles, it is not even close to needing to be changed.
Like any other Campagnolo part, this is of course more expensive than its comparable Shimano's. That being said, if you are reading this review you already know the benefits of the Italian brand. This chain will last thousands of miles and there is no reason if you ride Campy Record to save a few bucks by using a Chorus chain. In fact, I have both Chorus and Record group sets and Campy Record chain is what I use for both. Long lasting, quiet, and reliable.
Compatible with Chorus, Record or Super Record, at a Chorus price. BTD service and price on genuine parts makes them my first stop for most items.
If anything I always spring a little extra for the Record chain even though I use the Chorus 11 cassette, it's worth the extra bucks. Super fast and silky smooth
