A useful standalone bag for daily riding or as part of a larger bikepacking setup, the Apidura Expedition Top Tube Pack is a lightweight, secure storage space that's ideal for stashing frequently used items on the road. The top tube bag is waterproof with welded seams and a pioneering waterproof zipper.
Available in 0.5L and 1L volumes, the smaller top tube bag is suited for storing bars and snacks, while the larger version can also accommodate smartphones and battery packs. It fastens securely to the top tube, opening and closing via an easy access one-finger zipper puller. Adjustable attachment points ensure that the bag is versatile enough for a range of different frames.
The Apidura Expedition Top Tube Pack is cut from a three-layer laminate fabric that was developed specifically for Apidura. The material is lightweight and is highly resistant to tears and abrasion. Notably, it's welded together at the seams, creating a watertight seal that ensures the top tube bag remains completely waterproof.

I own two of these, both in the 1.0 liter size, one for the wife's bike and one for mine. I like the 1 L size to hold my Apple iPhone, small wallet, a small pocket knife, keys, and a granola bar. I've personally ridden about 12,000 miles with mine including several 500-600 mile week long trips over the 5 years I've had them. I haven't had issues with water intrusion but I doubt it's exactly waterproof due to the zipper location and construction. A huge improvement over digging blindly into a jersey back pocket or worse into a small inaccessible saddle bag. As for durability, after literally hundreds of openings and closings of the pack stuffed to the max, the zipper is still working. No regrets..wish I had bought 5-10 years earlier.
The 1L version is comfortably large enough for food and a charger. The charging cable can be routed through a small gap in the front of the bag, or directly through the zipper (there's a small gap near the front for a cable to fit through). I found the bag sits too close to the stem of the bike to use the gap and routed my cable through the zipper instead.
The bag was waterproof enough to survive some pouring rain and the contents inside were only damp, but definitely more wet than they would be in a dry bag. The zipper is not sealed by any means so I wouldn't rely on it keeping rain out.
Fits perfectly on my Canyon Endurace top tube and holds all of my nutrition (gels and drink mix). I no longer need to wear a small pack for that stuff and have noticed that I'm more comfortable over the long haul with nothing now on my back. Note, I added some grip tape to the bottom of the bag (where it sits on the top tube) so that it stays put even better.
I'm glad I purchased this top tube pack. The large size holds a lot without getting in the way: my Galaxy S20 phone, CO2 inflator head and 2 cartridges, plastic tire levers, patch kit, and a spare tube. My knees rarely brush against it when I'm up out of the saddle. Seems to be truly waterproof too. The bright yellow interior helps when searching for stuff too.
