I don't find these lose air any faster than a light weight butyl tube. I do find they are less prone to flats and the ride quality is great. They feel like they make tires roll faster, but that could be placebo effect. A bit pricey, hence 4 stars for value.

Comes in at 74gm for the 23mm and 80gm for the 25mm - and removable cores! Awesome and totally great that they offer a wider size (25mm) as most have hopefullly taken the leap to wider is better tires by now )
Talk them up and lay down the miles!

It's an okay tube, it does ride very smooth. However it loses pressure after about 3 days, so I'm constantly pumping it back up.

As far as I can tell, they are working well; they should save a few watts, if that's a concern. I personally prefer the threaded Presta valve stems; these have a smooth valve stem.

First latex tubes. Ride like I'm on a cloud (paired with 33mm supple tires).
Treated them like fine crystal during install, no issues. Did the typical inflate/deflate every 20 psi and thoroughly checked for pinches in the bead each step. Just a quick check and pump before each ride, so far so good!

OK, yes, it is 2021. Us dinosaurs are hard to change, and with the rolling resistance studies confirming these are the top rated (along with the appropriate tire of course), why go 2021? Tubeless vs. tube? I will take these 10 of 10 times....

it's not a myth, it's a fact. latex tubes paired with high tpi count clinchers enhance the ride experience. gotta say, not all latex tubes are made equal. vittoria tubes are reliable and deliver the goods. i have total confidence in them.

The best latex tube bar none. Far superior quality to Michelin in both the latex material and valve sturdiness. In combination with Veloflex tires or Vittoria open corsa it's the greatest ride quality comparable to a tubular.

Tried these after numerous failures with Michelin latex tubes. So far so good. All Michelins that I bought for the same or higher price failed where the tube is spliced together. They overlap a short section and at the end of the overlap they would get a tear, as if weakened by the joining process. Has not happened yet with the Vittorias. These are quite thin. I have run in CX tires but not sure if they would be good in larger sizes. Nice valve stems.

2 out of 3 of these tubes failed immediately or very early in their expected lifespans. They failed at seams near the valve stem. Never again.
BikeTiresDirect gets 5 stars - they replaced the first tube the blew out. I'm not even going to bother with the second because I no longer trust these.

These tubes are well made and I've found them to be quite durable. Ride quality is nearly as smooth as tubeless. I have them in the larger size for 32mm tires and I run them at 60lbs, so I haven't had to pump them up every day like the 110lb folks. Every few days a couple of pumps and we're good to go.

I used it for 100 miles and was happy with the weight reduction. Then moved the tire and tube to a different wheel. The tube had developed some brittle spots where it expanded into spoke-hole divots in the first rim. One of these quickly developed a crack rendering the tube useless. Won't buy again, but if you're the type who never moves tires around the weight drop is nice.

Since these were on sale, I bought them to satisfy my curiosity. They are wonderful. I was scared I would immediately have flats, but not so far. I air up my tires for every ride anyway, so the criticism that they lose air quickly doesn't matter to me.

I am not sure if I can tell the difference in ride quality but I do like the pink color. It is much easier to see if you are pinching your tube when it is pink. I like the fact that it is light but not that much lighter than the Michelin tubes that I was using.

A bit pricey, but worth the extra ride comfort.
And they're pink!

I have been using latex tubes for years.
They make the ride much smoother.
I believe they are less prone to flats.
They are easy to install just like any other tube.
Yes you must pump up with air before any ride just like any other tube.
They are more expensive than regular tubes but they are worth it.
BIKETIRESDIRECT gives you a discount on multiple purchases. However I am hoping prices drop when more people go to these tubes.

These tubes make you feel like you are on expensive setup tires. Absorb the road and are fast. I am now using 26 or 28 mm tires do these are perfect exciting times ahead

Latex tubes make cycling on your tires much smoother.
I have been using them for a number of years with no regrets.
Only downside is they are more expensive and you must fill your tires before you go on every ride.

These are super light and make clinchers feel significantly softer. They do have to be re-Inflated more regularly but its a small price to pay. Also, valve extenders are required if youre rolling deep-dish carbon rims.

Light weight and supple ride, and a removable core for extensions. It's all good!
