Just Okay
It often gets very humid and foggy along the Gulf coast. There is nothing that totally eliminates the effects of fog on cycling glasses under extreme conditions. It may be necessary to completely remove your glasses in order to see, especially after working up a sweat. The small size of this cleaner is suitable to carry in your jersey if you also have a dry towel with you. The effectiveness of this item has been marginal for me on days when the relative humidity was above 90 percent.

Seems to do the trick
I have used it a couple of times and so far the sunglass lenses have remained pretty fog-free for several rides now. The weather is getting colder, so it will be a good test.
