I have a Red-equipped bike to directly compare this to, and there's no differences worth talking about. You notice nothing. I care so little actually I didn't even weigh it. I do think the "better" components from the brands seem to resist corrosion more than the lower end stuff, so Force/Ultegra and up, I do seem to have less sweat rust popping up.
I really like the external batteries and how they are interchangeable, huge selling point. My only issue with Force is the front der doesn't work with big chainrings, which is sorta dumpy. I'm running 1x at the moment to make sure I like the new frame build, and will get a Red front der to handle my larger than 50t chainrings.

I upgraded my Sram Rival Derailleur with the new Sram Force Derailluer. Shifting is much smoother. The The Rival Derailluer was 327 grams. The Force Derailluer is 285 grams on my scales. I bought this due to the clunky shifting I was experiencing. Solved the issue.
