Review by BikeLAReviewed 7/2/2018by BikeLACycling EnthusiastLos Angeles, CA3 of 3 customers found this review helpful. My butt likes SLR saddles, and this one is no exceptionMy butt likes the SLR shape, and I have various models of SLR (and SLS) saddles on various bikes. The SLS was a model introduced about 5 years ago, to bring the classic shape of the SLR to consumers at a more affordable price. It appears to have been discontinued, but the SLR TM appears to be essentially the same saddle, with perhaps a slight upgrade to the shell material and a higher price tag. It's perfect for my steel trainingrough road bike where weight is not critical. I just did three days (180 miles) of riding on some poorly maintained roads and a bit of gravel, and never once thought about the saddle.
