Best gel on the market, ask my daughter the runner, she liked it so much that she helped herself to my supply.
I take two with me anytime my bike ride is longer than 100k. Gives me the energy I need to keep pedaling. No negatives, it's a great product.

Great flavor and easy access
These gel packs are easily consumed and the envelope is easy to access during my cycling. Felt noticeable energy within 3-4 minutes after consumption and hydration. Will buy again.
