Excellent tires at a very reasonable price. Used these with my gravel bike for a triathlon and while I will likely never be at the front of the pack, they were a joy to ride and much faster than my panaracer gravel kings.

Good puncture resistance and very good wear characteristics. Ride quality is just OK, but this is expected given the good puncture resistance.

My Canyon was equipped with this tire. I've been running them for 1.5 years. I love the feel and durability of the tire. I'm getting almost 4000 miles on them before replacement, if you can get them on sale it's a great buy for the cost. I used to ride a Vittoria Rubino Pro on a Fuji, but I like this tire a lot better.

I have bought Schwalbe Pro One road tires for myself and my husband for many years. We are so happy with them. They roll well, are durable, and never have flats. Plus we love the quick service and good prices from Bike Tires Direct.

Review for the 38mm Schwalbe Pro One TLE tire. I installed a 38mm Pro One TLE to replace a worn 34mm Pro One TLE on my Specialized Turbo Creo e-bike that I use for work commuting, which is a 48 mile round trip commute. The extra 4mm width added some comfort/cush to the stiff riding frame. Commuted 1500 miles on this (rear) tire with no issues. Held air just fine and no flats in over 1600 miles commuting. Some conditions include sticks/twigs/debris on a canopy covered trail. Tire is starting to square off but after 1600 miles w/ average speed at 21.3mph with the power of an e-bike, I'd say this tire handled it just fine.

i bought 2 tyres, and they now have 399 miles on them, They have a nice smooth roll to them and are forgiving on rough pavement. Unfortunatey, I installed one in the wrong direction. and had installed the sealant when I noticed my mistake. I had a hard time breaking the 2nd side off, I had to pry on the tyre to get it to move over for removal. So far not small cuts in them.

Fantastic tires. I rode over 4400 miles on my Schwalbe PRO tires before replacing them.

Looks great once mounted, but they are DIFFICULT to mount like the Conti GP5K's. You need two
Challenge tire levers and a soapy sponge. Once mounted (finally) to get the bead to seat, use soap
around the rim walls AND a high pressure tubeless tire inflator at 180 PSI. This forces the beads to seat!
You may need to deflate, reapply soapy water on the tire rims again, and they WILL seat!
I'm running these tubeless, they hold air for weeks, very happy so far. The ride is not as supple as the Conti GP5K or the Vittoria's though. I bought them on impulse, so far about 100 miles. I'm using Challenge tubeless fluid, which works well with the Conti's, Challenge and Schwalbe tubeless tires.
Good Luck!

Seems to be a very durable tire, harder ride than I expected. Probably won't purchase again, disappointing actually.

Mounted on 622x22 Astral Wanderlust hooked alloy rims. I weigh 140 lbs. and pump these to 50 psi front, 55 rear about twice per week. Pressures tend to fall off a tad over 3-4 days without any noticeable change in riding feel. Typical ride would be around 30 miles, often with a few miles of graded gravel road.
On initial inflation they were just under 33mm width. After a week of breakin they had stretched to about 34.5mm and they are now stabile at this width.
They mounted easily, but it was a cold overcast day and one of the tires was stubborn when trying to set the beads using my compressor. So I warmed the rim with the tire under hot running water in the laundry sink and then the beads popped right into place. Normally I'd warm my tires in bright sun before mounting.
These replaced a set of Continental GP 5000 TL 32mm, which I purchased last year when the Schwalbe Pro One TLE in 32mm was backordered and the 34mm yet to be released. Those Conti 5000 TL were the hardest tires to mount I have ever encountered (I use devices like the Kool Stop Tire Jack and even better Bikehand tool + the Schwalbe levers which lock into the rim hook), reason enough to avoid the Conti 5000 TL.
Over 9 years I have ridden exclusively on road tubeless covering 40,000 miles, 5 frames, many wheelsets. In 2013 I started with the Bontrager R4 but it was plagued with blistering under the tread from air penetration of the structure, despite latex sealant. Next I wore out many 28mm Hutchinson Sector tires until the Schwalbe One was released in 2014. I've ridden the One, Pro One, and now Pro One TLE in sizes from 25mm to the current 34mm. I've been pleased with all (and with the G-One Speed in various sizes).
In 9 years with tubeless and all the riding, every puncture has sealed with Stan's or Orange Seal. Only 3x have I needed to pump a tire back to riding pressure on the roadside. Tires are now my most reliable component. I've had failures of cables, derailleurs, chains, freewheels, spokes, and a frame, but never a flat. Remember to refresh your sealant regularly and often.

I have used the 30,32,34 and now 38mm versions of these tires. Feels just about as fast as the narrower version of this tire but with way more comfort at the right pressures.
Works great for rougher roads and reasonable gravel roads. Mine measure out at 39-40mm on a rim with a 25 internal diameter.

These tires feel fast. Riding them through late winter and early spring so far and love them.

road use in northern California, front flat in first 200 miles, the ride is supple and smooth.

Have been riding the Pirelli P Zero Race tubeless tires for couple of years. Was really pleased with them, but last set were done at 2,000 miles and decided to try the Schwalbe Pro ONE TLE since it was on sale and reviews were good. WOW! They were indeed easy to set up. I'm a tubeless novice, but like to set my own stuff up, and these tires made it easy. Got them to seat with a standard floor pump no problem. On first ride, right away they felt really good on the road - hard to explain how smooth and quick they felt. Have ridden a couple hundred miles in the first two weeks, from remote mountain roads to rough city pavement, and I'm still surprised how great they feel. I ride 30c tires at about 65 psi and they're like butter, but not in a slow way. We shall see how they wear, but so far I'm really happy with them!

Bought Schwables for years. Long lasting, tough tires. These have lasted a long time, too, great cornering, with a supple ride. I've purchased 5 so far. Love them.

Even though they are expensive (note BikeTiresDirect has frequent sales) this is my top pick for a quality road tubeless tire. I bought a new bike that had a competitor's tubeless tire mounted, and although they worked fine, I put the venerable Schwalbe Pro One TLE when those OEM tires wore out and never looked back. What I really like is along with a good Orange sealant, they hold air better than any tube tire I've ever used. And because of lower riding pressure, they are ultra comfortable and I get 3,500 miles on a pair.

The pro ones are my favorite road tire. I have yet to get a puncture. I find them way easier to mount than the GP competitor. My first pro one TLE had a knot in the sidewall. I emailed customer support for biketiresdirect with attached pictures. I was worried as it was going on my front wheel. Customer service sent me a new one (no haggling involved). Customer service was excellent and I felt like they valued my safety as well. Second tire was perfect.

Purchased these from BTD a few months ago and have nothing, but great things to say. For both the tires and the level of customer service I received. I will definitely be ordering my tires from BTD in the future!
