I've been wearing P.I. cycling gear for over 30 years (going back to the days of Bio-Suede pads) and their quality materials and construction is still the best. The fit of these is exactly as expected and the pad -at this level- is fine. I've tried two other brands and their struggle to create a durable "comfortable" pad is equal to P.I.'s ... I'll just say that I really miss the Bio-Suede padding! Off the bike, it's just not comfortable. To this day I wish there was a "quality" pad that is thinner. These thicker ones do 'pad' but feel a bit squiggly.

Please... also read the label and description with regard to the material. The " AIR " par of the name is signifying the super light weight fabric, almost sheer. Clearly these are designed for very warm rides. Ultra light weight. The bib straps and back are so thin it takes special effort to untwist them to lie flat. I think I'll be using them for indoor winter training. Will save on my regular ride favorites.

Caught these half off, and they are worth every penny. Chamois is great for a long day, and they fit snug and compressive. Highly recommend these for those long hot days.

I finally wore through two pair of my older PI bibs. A few sesons old and maybe a couple generations removed from the new style bibs. First let me say the fit is great. Exactly what I expected from PI. What did change is the chamois pad is horrible. Completely changed in material, shape, and density. The old shorts were amazing for centuries and 12 hour ultra distance events. The new shorts are like 2 hours of comfort. The shoulder straps unfortunately are what most mid-to-high end bibs have gone to, which is a single ply of stretchy material that loves to bunch up. If these shorts last me the same as my last PI's it will be amazing. The price was right from BTD and I thank them for their great service and delivery time.

I only ride Pearl Izumi products because they offer a lifetime warranty. The Air Attack bibs are a major upgrade over the Interval bibs. I couldn't be happier with these shorts. They fit very snug in the legs for added thigh support and the chamois is very comfortable. These are especially a great deal when gotten on sale!

I bought 3 pairs. #1 was 2X Black. These are very loose. #2 pair is Twilight XL these are perfect. #3 pair is Black XL. These were way too small. I returned them and paid over $16.00 in shipping and restocking fees. Doesn't seem right that 2 pairs in different colors would fit differently.

I bought a pair of these PI bib shorts earlier this summer from Bike Tires Direct. I loved them and bought another pair when I saw a deal on the site. These have been great on hot, humid days. Cooler than other shorts and the chamois has been comfy on some century rides.

I love these new Attack Air bib shorts. The bib material is very nice and soft and chamios is very comfortable. First time I rode wearing these bibs I did 100 miles without any problems. I can't attest to the durability of these yet but I'm hoping they will last awhile. I'm 5' 9', 185 lbs. and size large is very tight. If I buy another pair I'll get a XL.

The padding and seat comfort are excellent. I also really like the comfort of the shoulder straps.

My only regret is not buying these bibs sooner.

I'm 5'6" 157lbs. The size Medium is very tight. Great chamois though. If your looking to purchase I would size up 1X.
