It's an Ortleib
Good quality waterproof bag with typical superb Ortleib quality. If you get the QL3.1 mounting system it comes with an frame adapter to attach it to a standard rack. The bag has a back stiffener that adds some weight, but overall the bag is still light. I find the buckles to secure the top can be hard to click in unless the bag is full.
