My size medium Trenta fits my head (58cm circumference) almost perfectly--not tight, but not so loose I need to ratchet the retention system fully to keep it in place. Ive worn the Trenta on several rides in temps ranging from low 80s to mid 90s, and ventilation is fine. The helmet weighs 297g on my scale, which is on par with other premium MIPS or MIPS-like helmets I own...A couple of minor issues prevent this from being a great helmet: 1) The front retention straps are anchored relatively far back, to the point where they overlap my earlobes. I was able to adjust them a so they barely clear my ears, but I've never had to do this with any other helmet and it took a lot of fiddling around to fix this. 2) The back of the helmet interferes with some of my sunglass arms--POCs bump up against the helmet, but my S-Phyre glasses fit with no contact.

Went with the ventilated helmet this time around instead of an aero hot box, and this thing is super airy. Somehow though, they managed to do it and it's not loud, some of these things are nuts when you're riding, but this one seems to be reasonable.
Fit is subjective, these seems to be more oval than round. My old POC road helmet did fit me better, but this one isn't bad, just different. The dial is super easy to turn too for adjustments on the fly, sometimes these things are super stiff and annoying to work with.
Sunglass dock does actually work too, very appreciated.
No real issues, nice and light, and who cares about aero when it's 100 degrees in blazing sun.
My only sorta annoyance is with all of the vents, you'd think you can itch your head, but nope, I can't get my finger in any of the vents. I miss that relieving joy while riding. You can work around it though.

The all white helmet fits great. The shape works perfect for my head and it's got plenty of ventilation while still feeling pretty aero. I used for road, gravel and mtb. No complaints.

I've been using a dark grey POC Ventral for the last few years. It's been a great helmet, but got a little hot during the long summer endurance races I would ride. I've never owned a MET helmet before, but was inspired by Tadej's dominant performance this year and decided to imitate! (I know, I know - fanboy stuff). I got it in white this time to try and keep my head cool on hot summer rides. This helmet vents great and while quite a bit more compact than the POC (external dimensions), it feels great and so far, I love it. Catch it on sale and I think it's a great value!

Went from the Mantra to this one for more ventilation, and i can definitely notice the difference. I have an oval shaped head (62), and this helmet feels just right with nothing underneath, a bit tight with a thin cap.

This is probably the best-fitting and best-looking road helmet I've ever had in my 30 years of cycling. The design allows for good coverage, and is not wide on the sides like other helmets that create the "mushroom tip" look that no one likes. It's light weight and well-vented. It's spendy, but the current sale that BTD has makes it a good deal. I think you get what you pay for with the Trenta.
