Bought these in Medium to fit my Size EU42 shoes, Went right on my road shoes and provided excellent protection against the wind, rain and cold of November in NY. However, trying to fit the Medium onto my MTB shoes proved nearly impossible...I was afraid of tearing the bootie as it cleared the larger heel area. Ordered a size Large for the MTB shoes and they work without too much strain.
Plus Easy onoff (with correct size!)
Good protection from moderate weather - not extreme coldwet. I've used them to 30 degrees in comfort
Minus Hook and loop closure - these tend to get gummed up with use. If they last the season, I'll be happy
Face it, these are not the most expensive shoe covers, but they serve well. If you ride a lot, they should be good for the winter season into early spring. The price allows for annual replacement. If you ride less often, these should last you a couple of seasons unless the hook and eye closures stop functioning.
I would recommend these to anyone looking for a solid, less expensive shoe cover

These were my first pair of shoe covers and have been worn once during a 100 mile gravel race. Easy to put on with the full back zipper, fit well over my shoes with good clearance for the cleats, and kept my feet warm and happy. Temps were in the low 40's at the start but I'm confident these will be good in cooler temps, too.

I go through one pair of these every year. None of them hold up well. These are expensive well-made but still they only last a year As costly as they are they are probably the best ones I have had for cold weather.

Pros Warm and mostly waterproof
Cons Stitching that holds velcro in place unraveled after two uses and its too large around the ankle so though the covers are snug everywhere else the ankle can't be adjusted for a tighter fit

It fits tightly over the shoe and ankle. It worked very well keeping my feet warm and dry on 3 hour winter rides. Velcro is very strong, this will not come lose during a ride.

I have size 42 Sidi wire 4 hole Speedplay road shoes & medium fits perfectly on these. They go on & off fine if you give them a bit of a stretch & line them up with the shoe shape as you pull them on. I haven't used them yet, it'll probably be early spring at this point with the roads being snow covered now & not fit for road biking. Late fall I was riding with just toe covers, & they weren't quite enough. I think these will be fine with ordinary socks because they come well up over the ankle & will come over the bottom of my tights. Well made, good quality, good price.

Neo Protect II shoe covers are easy to get into and remove, keeping out wind and cold while preventing hot, sweaty feet during the longest treks. Vertical velcro ankle strips keep the covers snug against the calves and the bottom cut-outs allow any size or shape of cleat to engage with pedals. These covers are dependable for multiple winter seasons of very active riding.

It's not easy to put in.

These shoe covers fit my size 41 shoe quite snugly and keep my feet so much warmer.
They don't allow sweat to escape, so there's a lot of moisture inside after a ride. If you're wearing wool socks that wick and retain heat even when wet, this isn't a problem above about 25 degrees Fahrenheit. I haven't been able to tolerate a windchill much colder than that.

I've been wearing these with my Giro Empire MTB shoes and it's an awesome combination. Warm and weather proof. The LG shoe cover goes on very easily and is very secure. Well made and a great piece of kit. Highly recommend.

I use them for mountain biking, and I have found that no matter how expensive a bootie is, it will eventually fall apart. Which is why I like these, they are relatively cheap, work about as well, and it isn't a big deal when they fall apart.
Only downside is the velcro closure doesn't allow for much adjustment, so if you have big feet and skinny ankles it will not fit tight.

Neo Protect II is definitely a warmer cover than most, but still limited to about 20 degree F and above. Great fit and very easy on and off. Primary use is mountain biking.

These fit just right and did a great job early this cycling season, they feel sturdy enough to last many more.

These work great for adding a bit of warmth for temps in the 20s to low 30s. They don't really keep your feet dry unless there's only a little bit of spray. For real rain, booties like the Sugoi Zap work much better. Good value for the LC price, although they start to fall apart after about a season.

So far I've used this on a few rides and they have kept my feet warm and dry. I've never been one to wear a lot of bright colors but I understand that the movement of legs and feet are the best places to have bright colors for visibility by drivers. So this year I got the bright yellow. I think they do a good job making me more visible to drivers - my riding buddies sure think so.

I MTB all winter, and chew through a pair of these each year. They do the job keeping warm feet! Sizing runs a bit small I'm an 8 men's and needed an M. The velcro quality is adequate, but the trim and stitching isn't as tough as the neoprene, so that is where they blow out first...across the sole. At-home reinforcement buys me a few more months of service. Can't beat the price, just don't expect years of service.

These have a Velcro closure rather then a zipper and are much easier to put on. I use them in temps from the high twenties to the mid forties.
