Dang near a perfect wool long sleeve jersey. Exceptionally comfortable, well cut to fit a cyclists riding position. Quality construction, warm, well thought out features.
For the price, you get an awful lot for your money, many other merino wool jerseys cost way more than this one.

Once you go wool you never go back. This jersey is perfect for Portland winters. I used it on a mid February ride and while others had synthetic jerseys which required they also sport jackets, I was very comfortable with a base wool long sleeve T and this jersey. The rear pockets are deep and roomy. I'm an average medium but I got this in Large so I could wear base layers beneath. If you want a snug fit they are true to jersey sizing.

I am very pleased with this wool jersey. I'm 6'1 and have a few extra
lbs and the XL fit perfect. I prefer the Merino wool over
any of the modern synthetics- it may sound strange but it keeps you
warm when you need warmth, and it lets you cool off when you need that.
This is my absolute favorite jersey to wear for almost all days here on
the Central Coast of California- for very windy days I bring a windbreaker
along just in case. The orange color has stayed vibrant though... well more
washes that I can remember- but one of best things about wool is that if you
can just let it air dry several times in a row and it doesn't get stinky- several
family members have confirmed this... or at least not complained.

We actually bought this as a gift for our son. The last time we visited he and I rode for a couple of hours in low 30 degree weather. He wore the jersey under a nylon outer shell and stayed comfortable. He loves it.

I bought orange for higher visibility to motorists. Kept me warm during a wet 200km brevet. Rear pockets are tall - so a bottle won't fall out, and they have elastic across top. Zipper is long enough to adjust cooling as conditions change. The tail is long, so that when bent over in the drops, the hips are covered with bright orange - so approaching drivers see that, not black shorts. Appears well made - after several washings it is as-new. The cuffs are elastic, so they can't get caught on things (bar ends for ex.). I wear a very thin base-layer in cold weather, and then do not wash this but every 2nd or 3rd use. I will buy another.

Wool jerseys are expensive but I wouldn't wear anything else. They adapt to different weather conditions far better than other fabrics.
