I have tried them all and the GU Gels by far taste the best. They are also easily digested with no gastrointestinal issues.

My rides are normally 40 miles, 2 plus hours and about two thirds in I start to fade a bit so consume a GU along with a drink. Within a few minutes my energy level picks up and I finish my rides at ease without cramping. In the heat of summer I will consume two at 40 minute intervals. Have tried all flavors and prefer the peanut butter's true flavour and easily digestible. Last year I rode 6,200 miles on my Merlin with Shimano DI2 components and turned 80.

Very tasty and easy on the gut, but too thick for waterless consumption and too light on salt for replenishment.

GU energy gels are the best! I use them on bike rides, skiing and hiking. They are so much better than other gels because their flavor is better and they are not super sugary and provide just the right amount of electrolytes and energy for my activities.

Gels are used during bicycle rides or at other times when a shot of energy is needed.

I've used Gu gels for 14 years on rides of 20 to 400 miles with great success. I've found them to be easy on the stomach, tasty, and easy to stow away in a pocket or saddle bag. The gels with caffeine are helpful when those last miles of a century ask for a bit of a kick in those pedals!

My go-to gel for ~25 years, though some of the flavors don't agree with me at all. Most flavors are quite strong, so may want to explore other options if that's an issue for you.

GU Energy Gels are my "go to" energy boost...and have been for the past 27 years.
They give me boost with in 5 minutes which will last for 30 minutes (20 years ago the boost lasted 45 minutes but not now, age does change things) and then it's time to hit the GU again.
Water and GU Energy Gels are my necessity for rides.

These gels provide the carbs and the sodium I need on my longer rides taking one about every 45 minutes.

Gels are very useful during bicycle rides. They are a good source of protein. They get what you need into your system quickly.

Taste is subjective, but out of Clif, Honey Stinger, Hammer and GU, this is probably my favorite coffee flavored gel. Leaves no crazy after taste and gives you quick energy without a crash.

Used the Gu gels with caffeine for a 300 mile gravel race that started at midnight. These were great to keep me going just before sunup when I know my body would come back to life. Great flavor with a caffeine punch in a small easy to carry size.

These are some of my favorite ways to refuel while riding. Good flavors and easy to eat, although can occasionally be a little messysticky and I have to be careful about squeezing it up while riding.
My favorite flavors are caramel, vanilla, and caramel macchiato, all with caffeine.

I get the desired boost of energy from these GU Gels without ever a hint of stomach distress. Never tried a flavor I didn't like.

I use this in a very calculated way and time my intake on every ride. It always gives me the pick up I needed

I use GU Energy Gels as my go to fuel when I am cycling. They easily digest and give me the extra calories to ride harder and further.

The GU energy gel packs are a good flavor. So long bike rides (60+ miles) take one before we head out and then one every hour. Keeps my energy level up and no lows.
Just make sure u chase it with water.
