Had to call SOS 1500 miles offshore 6-18-20 and used In-Reach to do it. Was able to text them and Garmin acted as a liaison to the CG to facilitate our rescue. Simply indispensable.

Great satellite communicator
I was looking for a satellite communication device and was between the InReach Explorer+ and the InReach mini. I'm happy with my decision Explorer+, but I will likely not use the GPS too much.
