Real smooth riding tire on all kinds of road with the added confidence of puncture resistence.

This tire really smooths out all kinds of road surfaces and makes for long pleasant rides. With Continentals puncture resistence I never worry about flats out in the middle of no-where.

The only possible negative is they tend to ware a little more rapidly than some other tires.

Thank you for your feedback.

Pricey but worth it

Been using these tires year round for several years. A great compromise between the GP 4000 and Gatorskins, you get the suppleness and feel of the 4000s with the puncture resistance of Gatorskins. Well worth the extra money.

Thank you for your feedback.

Durable Winter Tire

I've only been running this tire for 400 miles, but they're great so far - no flats after rolling over plenty of glass. They're a bit heavy but worth it for the flat protection. They also have pretty good traction on wet roads. Great tire for Oregon winters!

Thank you for your feedback.

Conti makes a great tire, just wish it was a little better value....

I have ridden the roads on Continental tires for many years, and I feel that they make a great product. In my experience, their tires seem to wear quite well and resist flats, letting me spend more time riding and less time swapping tires & patching tubes. I recently bought a heavier hybridcommuter road bike that can use wider tires, but was unhappy with the tires that came with the bike. (The tread wore out very quickly, and anything sharper than a marshmallow seemed to poke right through them!) So I decided to try a pair of Grand Prix 4-Seasons, and have been happy with the perormance so far. And while I do appreciate the quality product, I just wish they were priced a little more reasonably. If I were ever to put on a new one of these tires, and then cut it shortly thereafter by hitting a road hazard, I might actually shed tears of financial anguish....

Thank you for your feedback.

Best tires ever

These Continental GP Four Season tires are the best I have ever had the experience with. I will purchase none other as long as these are available. They are exellent for repelling flats. They have a very tough liner that prevents piercings from thorns, nails etc. I have pulled several out of the tires with no leakeage. They hold very well in the corners and provide a very quiet smooth ride.

Thank you for your feedback.

Very nice smooth ride yet durable and fairly lightweight.

Just rode over 1100 miles from Santa Fe New Mexico to New Franklin Missouri on our tandem this September and while lots of the other riders had problems with flats on there single bikes these tires were able to weather everything that the trip threw our way. For tandem use I wouldn't recommend going smaller than a 700x28.

Thank you for your feedback.

Very pleased with these tires.

Tires grip the road and are a smooth ride. I've had them on now for a few hundred miles and no problems.

Had Kenda Kriterium tires and was constantly getting flats.

Thank you for your feedback.

Long Lasting Dependable Training Tire

Used these tires for training rides. Picked glass out of them without getting flats on numerous occasions and skuffed the sidewalls pretty hard on a concrete curb and still no flats. Changed out after 2000 miles to try the 4000s tires. Still had plenty of tread left. No flats during this time.

Thank you for your feedback.

No more flats, light enough for touring, tough

I switched from a softer, wider tire (34 to 28) on my cyclocross bike used for year-round commuting, century rides & touring. Previous tires seemed to be a magnet for road debris and flats. These are tougher and lighter. It took over a 1,000 miles to wear off the new tire vulcanizing(?) ridge on the crown. They support a fully loaded touring setup well. Excellent performance in all weather conditions as touted in the product name. And no road debris flats to date. What more can a cyclist ask for? A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for with these tires!

Thank you for your feedback.

Expensive but worth it

These are some great tires. They are expensive but wear for many miles. My last pair had over 4000 and the contact rubber still hadn't worn through. If someone complains because they got a flat too quickly, I can only say that some things will flat out any tire. A nail is going to make a CAR tire flat, not to speak of a more fragile bicycle tire.

Thank you for your feedback.

Outstanding wet weather performance tire

As advertised, a high quality winter performance tire that is ideal for training in wet climates. I have trained on this tire for the past several winters in Seattle. Grips the road well, but the softer surface compound means the tire is more likely to pick up stuff that will gradually work its way into the tire (glass bits, etc). But, that is always the trade off with a tire like this. Just check the tires beforeafter rides and you will get good life out of them.

Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you sir may I have another pair of Conti GP 4-Seasons

I'm a Clydesdale (6'4 - 220 lbs.). When I hit a pothole at 20 mph, it knows it's been hit. I ride 6K - 7K miles each year. Nary a flat on my 1st pair of GP4S after 3K miles. If you value your riding time, don't flinch at the price.

Thank you for your feedback.

Love this tire

Great tire. Wears extremely well and handles fantastic in wet weather. I have almost 3000 miles on this set and would expect to get another 1000 out of them. No flats at all. I love the tire for that fact. As long as I use standard weight tubes with these tires, a flat free year is ahead of me which is worth every penny for these pricey tires. One thing to note, it's a good idea to rotate the tires every 1500 miles. My nose is always over the handle bar admiring the light wear on the front. One day at around 2000 miles I finally saw the rear tire with much more wear. Even after the rotation, still no flats.

Thank you for your feedback.

So far I am loving these tires

They are a bit pricey but seem to be worth it. Handling and cornering is great. I can't comment yet on handling in wet weather because the PNW has not had rain for over 2 months now.

Thank you for your feedback.

Perfection in rubber

This tire is perfect. It lasts and last, yet is smooth and supple, and provides a great ride wet or dry. I love this tire.

Worth the extra money for an incredible training tire

The only road tire I trust. They last longer than other tires and as long as they are not worn, flats are super rare. A great training tire for sure.

You cannot go wrong with this all season tire

The Conti 4-Season is a great all season training tire and one I have been using for years. Can't remember the last time I got a flat. I see a lot more cyclists these days riding them. It has great rolling resistance and gives you that confidence one needs when riding on the road. As for the negatives the tire is pricey and tends to wear quickly. I put in 5000 plus miles a year and will easily go through two sets of tires.

Thank you for your feedback.
