Wonderful tire induces debris on the road from winter.. The tire is a little stiff and a little hard to put on the wheel at first but its a great tire .

Ride 4,000 miles without flats. If your looking for smooth or fast, get something else.

We use this tire on our Tandem. It rides and handles well as well as durable. Have reached speeds of over 50mph and it is very secure on the road.

I ride in in an urban area and need a tire that can put with road debris without getting a flat and the Gatorskin
is holding up well with no flats after several hundred miles.

Very durable tires, they handle great on all conditions. Can't remember the last time I got a flat tire.

These tires are great for my road bike. Having ridden a good number of miles, the give me a great sense of security and safety. They supplement my Trek Domane 5.9. Found out, if inflated just a little less than recommended (5 psi), they perform even better.

I have been riding for 50 years and can be particular about bike performance. I ride a couple times a week for fitness. I like the puncture resistance of the Gatorskin and the ride and handling are plenty good for my needs.

Put new 700 25 front and rear for weeklong RAGBRAI. First the front went flat with micro piece of wire the problem. Then later in same day rear went flat and problem never found.
Have been gatorskin user for 5 yrs with no problems.
Advice to bikers make sure you can fix a flat don't get over confident.

First off, I don't race so I don't care about weight or rolling resistance. I commute around the city and I tour every summer on a steel hybrid road bike with bomb proof rims and 28cc tires. I ONLY care about minimizing flats and in my experience these are the best tires for that.
I'm up to my third pair after cycling (pun intended) through different brands. I'd say each pair gets me 2 to 3,000 miles and I'm not even sure I always have to change them. They just look too weathered on the sidewalls at that point and the tread is noticeably diminished (though amazingly they never go bald or even close to it.)
I'm sure other tires are just as good. But after 3 sets and 7,500 miles of satisfaction, I'm happy not to think about it anymore

Amazing tires, highly recommended. The only time I have EVER flatted with these is when I had low tire pressure and I got a pinch flat through a construction zone.
I tried to put these on my CX bike tubeless with the wire bead version, I am hoping it will work with these.

These tires are now on my Colnago X3 bike use on 40-100 mile rides 2-3 times a week. They roll awesome and tolerate most road issues we encounter.

This is the second set of Gatorskin tires I have purchased. I have found them to be very comfortable and durable.

Title pretty much says it all. Bought two new Gatorskins. Put them on this morning and went for a 25 mile ride. The rear tire was going flat as I pulled into my driveway. I bought these to replace some aging Michelins so I guess I will put those back on.

I just finally put on the new tires two weeks ago. I already had two flats on the same tire. I must have a bad one.
