Light warm and on sale
I bought this wool base layer for myself (men's) and loved it so I bought the women's for my wife. She's 5'3" and small fits, sleeves are long but they are tight fitting so she can cuff them up. Great moisture management and adds quite a bit of warmth under a LS jersey for how thin and light it is. Men's has a higher collar then women's model.

Great base layer
This is stretchy and warm. The shirt is thin and not too bulky.

Runs small
If you normally wear a medium Castelli get the large/extra large. The sizing is awful. The under shirt is nice, just awful sizing
