Fiandre Light retains its front protection and resistance to light rain, with new inserts on the wrist with a raw-cut edge for greater comfort and stretch. The bottom in the back is longer for more rain coverage and a more comfortable fit. The construction of the collar has also been improved with greater attention to the shape. NoRain technology allows sweat to escape without allowing rain in.
The Fiandre Light NoRain jacket is designed for the cyclist looking for light insulation, excellent breathability, and moderate protection from rain and wind.

I have several long sleeve cycling jerseys and these are my favorites! They would be considered lightly insulated but as with anything, that depends on what base layer you want to wear under it. The reason(s) behind my preferring the Fiandre is that the fit is excellent, it is form fitting but not suffocating and very stretchy. I also love the cuffs, they are thin making getting gloves on (a necessity for cold weather) a breeze. Although the jerseys are kind of simple in style the little red accent works really well making a simple design look great IMO! Pockets are really stretchy to help with storage when pulling off layers when it starts to warm up. Love them, I have three different colors!
I have this jacket in three colors and love it. It's lightweight and works well as an outer layer on wet or dry days when the temps are in the mid 40's F. I usually use it in conjunction with a thermal base layer and a mid-weight long sleeve jersey. It's form fitting so I have to size up as is recommended in the description. I especially like that as an outer layer it has three rear pockets for snacks, phone, extra gloves, etc. Quality seems good so far. Better than some of the other Sportful pieces I have used.
I never got to the "use" part of owning this item. I had to reject it right out of the bag, because it is ridiculously under-sized. I usually wear Large, but thanks to other comments and the item description I ordered XL. It is so small that I doubt even an XXL would fit properly.
This is a great jacket/jersey. Enough wind and water protection for a cooler day. Just use a good light wool layer underneath and your ready to go. Since it has pockets no need for a jersey. Really liked the extra long sleeves and taller neck.
