Silca's Platinum Tubeless Rim Tape is 25% thinner than other brands, making it more flexible across rim contours and creating more space for easier tire mounting. It also features a thicker adhesive layer that's optimized to stick 30% better to carbon rims, as well as increasing grip strength on alloy rims. Application on road tubeless rims requires two layers, weighing approximately 9 g per wheel. CX and 29" MTB use requires one layer at 4.5 g.
9 meter roll. Available in multiple widths. Each roll is enough for a pair of road tubeless wheels, four CX/29" MTB wheels, or five 26" MTB wheels.

Works
I like this tape. No problems so far. I've used other tubeless tape and the Silca is lighter and easier to apply.

Best Rim Tape I've Tried
The tape conforms better to the rim so goes on easier and seals better. It also grips the rim better and sags less in spoke holes. It also yields better holes for vales, no tearing or rough edges. With other tape I've seen the tape move or leak when setting up wheels quickly.
