Good Tool
Nice tool, well made, fortunately I haven't had to use roadside yet, I got it because I didn't have a portable chain tool.

Disaster after only using it a few times.
I've been carrying this tool for a long time and using it for a couple of minor tightening tasks. The first time I needed to use it seriously due to a broken spoke that bent the wheel significantly, I pulled the tool out of the saddle bag and the bolt holding the tool together fell out and all of the tools went everywhere on the roadside. I was able to find enough of the tools to fix up my situation to limp back to the car. So, it worked, but just barely.

good tool, worthless tire lever
Nice to have chain tool.
However, the tire lever is worthless. If the tire is tight, the plastic ends bend - I'm surprised Park makes one tool that fails.

The hex nut is not attached to the tool, it gets lost after first ride.
Nice construction with compact design. The tire tool fits well into the design. I'm a bit sour on the overall experience because of the loose hex nut feature. It should have at least had a snap fitting.

Fail
1st repair/use was to loosen bar ends on a mountain bike. First one was no problem but the bolt bent and the lock nut fell off on the 2nd bar end. Threads are also shot from the contact with the next hex. I will fix it myself but hope this isn't the beginning of a bad relationship. I have other Park tools that are great.

Won't ride without one anymore.
Pre-riding a 40 mile XC race course, 22 miles in I found the stick that coaxed my derailleur into the spokes.... Long story short- what was left of the cage is now between the seat stay and the tire, X-0 mangled, hanger bent into the cassette, and spokes mangled (but not broken) My trusty tool was not enough. With my friends IB-3, we were able to remove the X-0, straighten the hanger so the wheel would roll, shorten the chain so I could single speed back to the truck.
Once home, I ordered one for myself. The chain tool was one of the most impressive parts. Best one I have ever used.

An incomplete design at best.
Used this tool for over a year gave it chance to prove itself. Operating the chain tool with wrench on the separate tire tool was not a good experience. Not well thought out in my opinion Crank Bros does it better and so does Blackburn. The plastic portion of the tire tool eventually broke and my tires are not that tight on the rim. An 8-10 mm wrench instead of a tire tool would be good. One should use separate tire tools anyway. The pop-on 8mm Allen wrench is ridiculous. Expected a mature product from Park this one is a failing sophomore effort.

Beautiful designed tool for everyday use
Usually design and function don't always happen. However this one gets both right. The tools are all placed in the right place, and of course all the right pieces. I have never had good luck with chain breakers on these smaller sets, but this one is sturdy and actually works. And it's absolutely the right value...doesn't break the bank for function.
