The Park Tool 2848A PCS-9.2/PCS-10.2 Accessory Collar easily adapts the Park Tool #106 Work Tray or PTH-1 Paper Towel Holder to fit the upright tubes on PCS-9.2 or PCS-9.3 Home Mechanic Repair Stand. It is also a direct replacement part for the collar on PCS-10.2 and PCS-10.3 Deluxe Home Mechanic Repair Stands.
